Problem with heating and air conditioning.

Hi to all. I have recently had a Hummer h2 SUT. I have a problem with heating and air conditioning. When the temperature on the panel is set to 74 ° F, hot air flies on the driver and passenger side, but when it is set to 73 ° F, cold air flies. There is no smooth temperature control. I was doing air conditioning system calibration and nothing helped. I bought new temperature control motors and nothing helped either. Could the control panel be damaged? Thank you for your help.
