Default Preparing to depart of my H1

"Never say never"
The time has come where we must depart with our H1, to us, it's priceless, but we need help putting an actual price on it and there are a few caveats I need help understanding please.
It's a 1994 AMG Hummer SUT 4door hard top that has been kept in almost mint factory, not restored, condition. Gloss tan color outside, under armor included as I call it. Only upgrades include 97.5 HVAC, the bumper, and the wench reworked. It has about 26k miles or 40km. It is currently titled and tagged for on road usage in my home state. The Estate we bought it from had somehow reimported it to US prior to 2000, from Canada.
We've adopted a 5yo son this year and I no longer work. While it is now a financial strain, I don't want to just give it away! I don't know how to post pics from my phone or I would. I left a message for Blair last week.
Where do I go from here?
How do I value/devalue the original owner/Canada?
I've read forums for days, haven't came across anything quite like this one.
Please help!

As long as the truck passes US inspections the time in Canada should not effect the value. The upgraded AC is a big upgrade and increases the value of the truck 4-5K. The low mileage adds value also. The 6.5 NA motor is a slight negative. Need good photos to help value the truck. If the is no rust, body corrosion and everything works value is likely in the 40-45K range IMO.

Thank you 3 Hummers, that was the ballpark I was thinking. There is no rust. They did not make the Turbo Diesel that year and I did forget to ask about the NA diesel, so thanks for that one. The under carriage protection and rock sliders look good too! I think I'm going to try hemmings.com. Anyone with knowledge of them? Any other suggestions? I've just been using word of mouth the last week.
