Hi,

the power locking function of my H3 2006 does not work properly.
When I use the button in the drivers door for doorlocking it works and all doors lock.
I have a viper alarm installed and use the viper remote.
When I push the lock button the alarm arms and the power locks klick but dont lock.
it did work suddenly for a few days recently.
I have checked the fuse (nr8 20A)

When I unlock the doors using the remote the doors unlock and the alarm disarms so this is working well.

any suggestions ?

bad timing!

most hummers are in USA.
its a weekend here.
its a BIG holiday weekend here.
a tiny fraction of hummers have the viper system.
a tiny fraction of those have problems.
a tiny fraction of those have your problem.
some of those owners come here.
some dont.
most of those are out of town for the weekend.
the one guy who has your problem,is in his wifes car.

you probably need to go to viper first,its probably their problem.

when you look at the wiring in the hummer its amazing that they all dont break down in stock form.
messing with the wiring is risky and THAT has been verified here,,,lots

no, sorry, i dont have a viper, only suggestions!

i just keep my fingers crossed that it will start working again one day and that the problem is solved.!

everyone recovered from 4th july i assume!

any suggestions on the doorlocking problem?
apart from the viper alarm what could be the reason that the power lock are not activated?
-both manual Lock/Unlock buttons on drivers and passengers side work
-unlock works with remote fob
-alarm is activated with keyless locking
-alarm is de-activated with keyless unlocking

should the locking / unlocking of all five doors work with using the key manually at drivers side? or does it only lock/unlock the actual drivers side door?
