If I had your problem I would do something similar to what jayhawk did, but the all in one box would mount to the back of one of the seats. I doubt you're wanting to do that much fabrication work though.

Honestly just get a sub box, mount the amp to it, and if you need to pull it out all you have to do is unplug the amp and yank the box.
