Default Polishing

I took the skid plate off the H2 to polish it. I used a buffer and some Mothers Metal Polish. Took about a half hour to get the H2 to shine. I was suprised of how well it polished up. I'm sure I could get it looking a lot better with more time. Maybe after winter I'll do the whole thing.
SD, if you want to do this just bring your rig up.

Also a pic of the surrounds I got from Shortbus. Anyone looking to buy anything from him will not be unhappy.(fair price, good product, fast shipping, and kept me well informed).

damn, i started reading this and had my response to the shiny skidplate all ready to go, then you go and bust my ***** with a compliment. all that said, i hate shiny, you all know that, so i'll keep my opinion to myself (this time), and say thanks for appreciating the shiny stuff i no longer needed. damn glad someone found a use for 'em, . . . and gave me an excuse to finally take off the back ones

FOR BOB - if you don't have a buffer, just use an angle grinder with a soft cloth over the grinding wheel. same thing, it should turn out just fine . . . . . .[sm=chairshot.gif]

and if that don't work, just hammer weld the damn thing. that's held more PA cars together than bondo and arc welding combined. . . .

Soft cloth on a grinding wheel!?? LOL!!!! Suddenly I have visions of said cloth slappin' me in the face 2-3000 times before getting the thing turned off ... Hopefully the idiot dumb enough to try it has the curtesy of filming it .. Guaranteed Darwin award ....

Sure looks SWEET!!!

I had mine on all summer and Chris has been bitchin' for me to take a pic, but it DOESN'T LOOK THAT PURTY anymore!!

I remember James Lee telling me there is SOME UPKEEP involved, but I don't know what/how. Did he tell you anything?? I e-mailed him yesterday so hopefully he'll respond soon!!!
