Why the heck do we have a battery cooling hose? I was an electronics engineering major at one time, and I know batteries can get hot while under a heavy load, or while they are charging, but cmon, it can't possibly get THAT hot, UNLESS it's because the battery is covered and there is no way for the heat to dissapate. I think think it's goofy, and cool at the same time.

 

Had you finished your Major and not been chasing all the co-eds around..You would have now realized that it's not a COOLING inlet, but a ventilation tube for driving out Hydrogen gas consentrations, since the Battery is enclosed.
