Default Please ban GMCustomerService

Patrick: I believe it is time to give Hummer Forums - Enthusiast Forum for Hummer Owners - View Profile: GMCustomerService her a heave ho!

Please do so.

She provides no real help, just asks for member info. and the humor factor of jerking her chain is about worn out.

We/I can only ban if they have less than 50 posts, she apparently has 70 something? That's what it said when I tried.

It's funny to google the email address they are using and go read the comments from all the Peggy's out there....

It's a total sham... and GM should be ashamed of themselves for these half *** tactics of getting people into the dealerships.

The whole purpose of a forum is to help.... not give up a VIN and get an appointment at the dealer to tighten a bolt, or change a $4 sensor...

Yeah, the whole point of Peggy was to drive business to the dealership service bays. I didn't see one single informational or helpful post by her/him on any forum.
