Hi Guys

I bought a stretched limousine company in Autralia back in May and have 5 Stretched H2 Hummers(4 Krystal and 1 presdential). We have had a pitman arm fail on one of the hummers and i have ordered 2 different replacements from the USA and both have the same problem. The internal diamiter of the spline on the pitman arm is about 1-2mm to small. I have used a wire wheel brish to get rid of the paint/powder coating but it still doesnt fit onto the steering box. It is a 4 groove steering box with 32 splines and i have ordered the 4 groove pitman arm. Is there a different pitman arm that i should be ordering ?? Has anyone ever incounted this problem?

I found an old pitman arm on the shelf (ball joint failed) that has part number 26062651Lc on the arm and it fits stright onto the steering box the problem with this is that it doesnt have any grooves (neither 3 or 4) just the splines. I ordered one of these from the states as well but it have turned up with the same part number but it have 4 grooves. Can i order a pitman arm without the grooves like the one i have on the shelf or has this been machined by someone ?
