I have been having fun with tilt shift photography lately and thought I'd share a pic I took of the H3 in my driveway after an ice storm. This picture was made using digital filters to create the effect rather than a true tilt shift lens but it makes a fun picture anyway.

COOL PIC! Makes your 3 look sorta like a matchbox car set in a model train surroundings or something. I like it. Like you said.... fun pic!

Yea, it simulates macro photography. If anyone wants a specific pic done post it here and i'll tilt-shift it.

yea that is cool and just like doc olds said, it looks fake, like a model train set or something


very cool, i would also like more info on how you do that

I'm testing a pre-release tool that my company is developing for architectural and civil miniature faking. Basically as a way to blend a computer model with a real photo but make it all look like a model. Its a totally different approach because we are making the real look fake rather than the other way around. Its fun.

You can get Photoshop to do it. I googled a bit and found this tutorial:
