ProComp 1079 wheels with chrome beadlock rings (AKA: Gunner45)

 

OK, Here's my Hummer in Moab with Cheesehead's wheel set.

 

Here's another photoshopped pic of my H3 with the optional black beadlock rings for the ProComp 1079 Alloy wheels.

 

omg! thos black beadlock rings look horrible. sorry, just my honest opinion.

 

I say the Procomps. I doesn't look good on that pic, but it looks really good in person.

 

Do the Cepeks..............Those ProComps extrude mud like a Playdoh machine the first time you off road the truck.

You'll spend all of your time cleaning them.

 

Wouldn't the beadlock rings be horrible if you went into mud? Just a question, not trying to "prove a point". Curious, they look like they would hold everything in the rim.

Hummer Driver is right though, you need to decide for yourself. You are the one that's going to have to drive and look at it everyday.

Absolutely horrible andthe cleaning of said rims/locks is a chore that one would have
to relegate to a co-pilot. Those rims/bead locks are only good for Boulevard Buggies
and Street Princesses....They do not belong off road.

 

Go to www.tirerack.com you can see almost any rim on any ride, pretty cool.
