Default Personal experience replacing folding mirror?

Does anyone here have personal experience replacing their folding mirror? I would like to replace mine and found these directions that seem to cover the basics:

http://www.kwmuth.com/techsupport/pdfs/21000830.pdf

It SEEMS to be pretty straightforward. The problem is they don't go into much detail, and we all know the devil is in the details. Anyone care to chime in?

Did you ever replace your power folding mirror? My passenger side is starting to stick when the temps get down below freezing, i'm worried that it's going to strip a gear or burn out the little motor in it, so i'm preparing myself.

It's easy to replace the mirrors. The hardest part is removing the door panels and that is not hard.

No wait the hardest part is paying for the mirrors. They were $425 each when I bought mine.

Any special tools or tricks needed to remove the door panel? If I could get that part done without any damage, the rest would likely be pretty straight forward.

Go to the local Napa or Carquest and get a door panel tool. It goes between the panel and the door and will pop the clips off fairly easy.

I dug around on Google and found this post that is specific to the H2. It not only shows how to gain access to the folding mirror, it also shows how to fix it!

FYI: Harbor Freight has their 5 Piece Auto Trim and Molding Tool Set on sale right now for $5.99. These seem to be the same ones (identical picture) sold under other brand names and come highly rated by users.

Wow, thanks for the link Vegas guy. Doesn't look to difficult, and if it saves me from having to spend close to a thousand bucks to replace both sides, I think it'll keep momma and the checking account happy.
