Performance Chip for H3. Anyone?

Default Performance Chip for H3. Anyone?
I am thinking about getting a programmer (chip) for my 2006 H3, manual transmission. Does anyone have experience with these chips in their H3's? Are they worth the money? How difficult are they to install in the H3?

There is no "chip" per say. Many of us have purchased a programmed PCM from PCM4less and have been delighted with it.
