Default Pedal positions - Brake pedal sticks out more than Gas

Does anyone feel that the brake pedal stick out too much compared to the gas pedal?

I feel like mine, its about 1" apart and get annoying after a while because my foot gets caught while going from gas to brake unless I really lift my feet.

Are they pedal positions adjustable?

I was wondering if I can put spacers on the mounting points to love up the gas pedal as its mounted by four bolts to the firewall.

i dont know but i would suggest you call GM or the dealer to see if there is an adjustment for the pedal before adding hardware to it.

i know people dont like to pick up the phone these days and would rather hide behind the computer screen but trust me, this is something you should talk to a GM mechanic about unless you can wait for someone with experience on here to reply to your thread.

If it is that much of an annoyance, I would just add a few layers to the brake pedal to even your transition out.

Maybe some adhesive rubber?

Get smaller feet, Some of you guys are getting as bad as the Corvette forum. Everything on the vehicle from the factory is bad, why buy it?
