Default pebble damage

Just purchased my slightly used H3 and love it.
I noticed that on both rear fender flares there are what appear to be dings and small chips on the painted surface of front side of the flares, I'm guessing they were caused by pebbles being thrown back by the front tires.
Are there any covers, protectors or other remedies out there to alleviate further damage

As that is a common occurrence ... join the club . The best remedy or two remedies that I have found (if you do not already have them installed) is to install guard package (splash guards) as well as the tubular assist step bars. Both will deflect most of the debris kicked back by the front tires to save the front of the rear fender extensions from MOST, but not all, damage. Although not my recommendation = you could always add 3m clear film to the areas ... but that is only a temporary fix in my mind and has drawbacks ... especially removal of the film when it over time gets chewed up. I hope that this helps and gives you a few ideas.

Yup this is very common. Mine were chipped up about a month after buying my truck. I looked into that film but have not done anything as of yet. Damage is already done so I figure wheel away!

Mine are knocked up, have some touchup paint on the spots. It's not metal, won't rust, so I figure they are battle scars. At some point I may paint them.

Front wheel mud guards cuts down on that big time
Front wheel mud guards also keep mud and dirt and stones off your mirrors and doors
I also used this product from Xpel and I have no dings on the rear flares
