i dont know why there are the errors in your gallery...as for the avatar upload problems, what exactly happens when you try? error message?

well, at all of the sites, or almost all of them, we had problems with this feature when we moved them to the new servers. i sent in "trouble tickets", basically one site at a time...it seems that some sites took longer to mention the problem...ive been told that every site has been fixed, although ive still gotten some complaints...but i think those might be user error...
