Does any one knowhow to remove the passangers side dash handle?ive taken the glove box and the lower half of the passenger side dash panel off already, removed the 4 screw's on the upper part of dash the 2 on each side of upperdash bye the airbag key switch and the 2 by the a/c vent, but still cant seem to get these pieces loose, im thinking there must be screws or somthing hidden behind where the grab handle goes into the uper part of the dash,any one know how to get the rest of this out? thanks in advance for any input...........

 

Thereis a clip on each side of the grab handle that needs to be pushed with a long screwdriver to get them to release. It'sa PIA.

 

Thanks calif phil, i found the two retainer clips/spring's you told me about and how to get to them, it was a PIA for sure but got it off finally, thanks for the help.........

 

Can you elaborate on how you got to the handle clips? Are they right behind the plastic of farther down inside? I'm trying to do the same thing and can't find them. I'd appreciate your help.

 

stright up from under the dash for the left, through the end of the dash by the door jam for the right. you need a 12"+ screwdriver.
