Props to the judge! We're all products of our environment, but we all have free will and the ability to change. It's not like she doesn't know what she is doing. She needs a reality check, and jail is a good place to get one. No sympathy from me.

 

She's deserves it in there![:@]I've been pissed when they said in the news that she was released for medical issues. Oh she's a fraud. And just glad she's back in her HOME in jail!!!

 

No offense or nothing but ... BULLSH!T!!!!!!!! That is just removing the accountability from her and her actions. Having money or being ignorant are by no means excuses for anything. If you recall correctly we're all "Equal infront of the law" (more BS lol) and being an idiot, at least time I checked, is not an excuse for breaking said laws nor is itreasons for getting yourself out of a jail sentence!

 

I also agree she IS a product of her environment BUT that is also an excuse she uses to hide behind. She proved it with this yesterday:

"I used to act dumb. ... That act is no longer cute," ABC quoted Hilton as saying.

This is on CNN's web site and all over the news if you guys/gals haven't seen it yet. She pretty much admits everything right there.

Now they need to lock up Lindsey Lohan before she kills somebody in a car accident.

I like how Brandi now is sueing theother people involvedinher car accident that SHE caused, when her fiddling around with her phone is the reason why she killed the person she hit. She has ALOT of nerve.

WHAT IS IT WITH THESE PEOPLE? Do they think they are better then everybody else because they have money and fame? (Yes, I know, stupid question) I HOPE that this starts a trend in Hollywood and sends a signal to all of those "above the law" people out there. What kind of "Law Enforcement" disobey's a court order and removes her from prison?

Pleasure is right> if that was any one of use, we would probably not even be able to afford bail and get ten times worse of a sentence. This BS has to stop already.

Did you see also she is in a Maximum Security prison now? They are keeping her in the medical ward. I'm happy to see she will be surrounded with a bunch of crazies just like she is. I can't wait to see what happens when they transfer her to a cell. She thought she had it bad before with the food; she's in for a BIG surprise if she gets transferred out of that division.
