Has anyone tried or seen the chrome mirrors and handles painted?

I'm trying to get rid of all my chrome, and I'm really good with a paint gun, but I don't want it to look stupid.

I figured paint would be cheaper than paying $100 a mirror and then for all the handles too.

 

im trying to do the same, time to get the murdered out look, but wit a budget

 

on top of saving money I think if you can get it to come out good it would look sick....way better than the black plastic ones.

 

I would honestly buy the black pieces, which can be had for cheap on ebay, and sell the chrome... you'll get more money for the chrome...

 

Did somebody tried water transfer coating....also hydrographis or dip coating named?

There are companies who offer camo patterns but I would like to go with a black carbon look.

Anybody has a contact...please let me know!
