Well I really like this 05 H2, it's very cheap for one 20,980

It has the front doubled bumper guard and the outside spare tire

The interior is wheat so not higher configuration, no air compressor though

But their are several things that concern me I need opinions on.

A. the sunroof is aftermarket and buldges into the rear seating area
B. the lamp under the sunroof has a moist spot
C. under the vehicle a pan which is located probabally straight under center console has oil all over it, may be residual but I'm not sure
D. the drivers side door step up sill has completely become paintless from scratches.
E. many scratches on body small
F. small cancer spot on the spare tire swing which I can easily fix.

Not sure if this is normal but rubberyish padding on center console and around has places wheres it's gone.

The passenger door area forward of the handle has broken tabs which I believe the dealer will fix

At high speeds (75+) theirs a noise in the driver air intake
I'm pretty sure the noise from the windshield at high speeds is normal for it

it has the nice body colored grille.

The floor light on passenger rear is cracked, no biggy

The carfax shows 3 owners and that around 68k miles the internal transmission was repaired

As you can see their are problems

If I were to buy I would be trading in an 03 Tahoe with no mechanical problems and a few body and interior problems

 

Oh by the way it has 102,000 miles

 

it has too many miles i can find modles for sale that are around 50000/70000 for that price. i bought mine at 73000miles for only 20000.
and the after market install on the sunroof could have been bothched.. eather get a really good deal or keep looking ,,,,mike

 

Lets not forget, trucks sell differently in different areas. A truck like that around here would be 35-42k dollars.

 

I bought my 2005 H2 back in 2008, it had 24k miles, sunroof, nav, leather seats, extra seat in back, nothing wrong with vehicle whatsoever, tires like new, all for $26,500. The H2 with 102k miles on it with all the issues you've mentioned is not worth it. do yourself a favor, contact a dealer who buys from auctions, you can go to auction with him and test drive the trucks and prob get this same truck for 14k. I bought mine from a guy who bids online for these trucks, he sent me the pics, car fax and I bought it.

You had me till you said aftermarket sunroof. Run as far away as you can!! I speak from experience.
