OnStar on again..
I sent OnStar a little nasty note complaining that my monthly reports have been slackin lately and only recieved a few in the beginning and haven't seen one since last June...They Replied that their system that pulls the diagnostic hasn't been working right or their emailer person was home sick with terminal dumb****..I can't remember which..But anyways, I got my October report today and all systems are green.
For the remote diagnostic system to work your engine needs to be running so your OnStar system can log in. They can't get a report uploaded if you just roll your truck out of the garage, wash it, and then roll it back again.

On the defensive, I have received an email like clockwork every month for the last year, with no problems. Maybe NJ is right
I never received one since I bought my hummer on August 11, 2006! I contacted them after they first missed my 48 hour report and my first Month. They said they sent them. I then missed my next one in October and sent another email to them and they then called me and told me that my emailer was kicking them back and had to either get a "G" mail account (Google) or a Hotmail address. I changed my personal emailer to my Hotmail account and will be waiting to see if they send it there of if there will be another excuse?
