My oil light comes on after 18 miles of driving. First time it went off a few seconds later. Second time turn I turned the vehicle off and back on again. What could be causing this. Oil level it's good

 

the previous owner or mechanic put a dented oil filter on...when I would accelerate, turn sharply, or stop suddenly the light would come on...the oil pressure sensor was covered in oil leaking from the dented filter...put a new oil filter on and changed the sensor out and no more problems... ...check your sensor and do the basic check of wires for any possible disconnects, cuts, breaks...
