I found someone selling the offroad light bar for $50 but the catch is it doesnt come with the relay, switch and he "might" have all the rivets for mounting. I am wondering if this is still a good deal pricewise or should I wait it out and find someone selling the entire package. Also I have read peoples statements that they cause alot of wind noise. How much noise do they make? Similar to having a window cracked or louder? I like the lights but they are not a "must have" for me necessarily, its just hard to pass up a good deal, if in fact it is.

I live in S.E. Michigan and saw the same add on Craigslist. It looks to be a great deal IF it's not the old design before they corrected the wind noise problem.
