Can the side steps be used with the OEM rocker panel protectors?? It looks that way according to the picture you posted, please advise, thanks!

Yes, you don't have to take the rocker panels off to mount the steps. The brackets that hold the steps is bolted into the predrilled holes in the frame. It takes no time at all to take the side steps on and off.
