New cluster came today. Not too sure about cluster removal (actually, the cluster is easy....worried about the dash part!). Ordered Monday morning....ppicked up at Post Office at lunch today.

 

All done, nothing but perfection from Carl at Digital Dash Solutions. Not exactly cheap, $240 for the drop in replacement (vice the $170 for sending mine in)....but since I called Mon AM and I'm completely finished by COB on Wed....well worth it to me.
