I have a '07 H3 I bought the truck used about 9 months ago. it has 38,000 miles on the od . well in those 9 months I have had a problem starting it about 4 times . It cranks over just fine but will not start . I get out of the truck and set the alarm and then unset the alarm and try and start it . I do this about 10 - 15 times and finally it will start . I am getting the impression that it has some thing to do with the alarm not letting it start . I haven't had time to take it to the dealer lately . I dont want to unplug the battery just in case it is throwing a code . Has anyone heard of such a problem ?

 

Does it have an aftermarket alarm installed. If so I would start there and see if you can disable or remove it.

 

No its the factory alarm .
