Came here researching a brake problem on my 2008 H3 base model. I think I got my answer, but figured I would say hi. So far liking the truck, I've put about 5k miles on it, currently has 27,000. Now to dig out the extended warranty paperwork and see if it covers the master cylinder.

Well if you have a 2008 with only 27k on it you are still under the 4/50K bumper to bumper warranty! Take her in and get her fixed on GMs dime! Get a loaner vehicle also on GMs dime, it's included in your HUMMER warranty!

I have a good feeling they will give it back saying "could not replicate", lol but we will see, taking it on tuesday. It's an intermittent issue where the brakes have stopped working 3 times, not good, but also probably not frequent enough for them to be able to diagnose the issue.

 

LOL Could not replicate. Hopefully I don't replicate it in to a family with my family in the car.
