Default Noise under H2

I have a 3002 H2 and recently have a surface clanging noise coming from under the vehicle when the engine is started and cold. The noise goes away as the revs go higher. Any suggestions?
My auto drive is changing from first to second manually but will not go into other gears.
Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

Most likely a broken exhaust... same exact thing happened to me.

Sorry I did not read this...

do you have the check engine light on? While driving in D your rpm's go up and no shifting into 3rd at all like as if you were stuck in 2nd gear? Get is scanned asap if you can as it could be anything from a bad solenoid to a bad clutch...
