My name is Sheila and I just found this forum and had to join. I am a Hummer owner wanna be. Actually, hubby and I might have one being delivered Monday night but was are a bit worried and have been searching for reviews and such and that is how I found this forum.

So, gonna look around, as some questions and meet some new peeps

 

What Hummer are you looking for H-2, H-3. I own a H-2 06 black on black with chrome accents loaded interior Dvd system for the kids sunroof touch screen Nav/stereo/cd player I am a new owner just bought mine 2 months ago. I got a really good deal on it only had 71000 miles on it and not a scratch anywhere and the leather is perfect. I did have my concerns about what would happen if something major went wrong so I took out an aftermarket warranty on it 4 year or 48,000 miles and i can sleep well knowing i am well protected. If you have any questions about the H-2 dont hesitate to ask.

Well we have a Hummer H3 2009 being delivered tonight. In Orange We are excited, but a little unsure due to a few things, like gas mileage and the visibility issues like when changing lanes and such. Not so much the gas, as my last vehicle only got 18 or so. But, we just bought a Ford Escape 2 months ago, thinking it was what we wanted because of mileage and such. But, it is not comfy and not us. So, we are losing $3000 on this deal and really bummed about that.

My wife really wanted a yellow H3 so we got a 2007 luxury. We payed $14,200 with 80,000 miles. We found out a day later the carpet was wet underneath. Got it all dried out and did some sunroof drain tube cleaning and modifications. Now it seems to be good to go. From what I hear the later model hummer h3's drain system was improved, so hopefully this is not an issue for you.
