thats kool, yeah a i paid $499 total atleast at my dealer. i actually no that diffrent dealers charge diffrent prices a good example was when i wanted mud flaps and did not feel like doing myself i checked my local dealer in shaumburg and they wanted $130 installed and when i called the dealer in libertyville where i bought my hummer they where $60 installed and even confirmed the part number. maybe they gave me a deal cause i bought it from them, i now go to my local dealer in shaumburg for all my stuff whether it be oil change or when i needed a custom allighnment and its under warranty so i have had a few things replaced by them so maybe they gave me a deal for the remote start/alarm cause they no me who no's but good luk with the installs and was never bad mouthing u was just giveing my opinion and i am sure u are good at what u do but unless it was my personal friend or myself i would rather take to dealer.
