Yup!!! School is DONE! I am officially a computer engineering MASTER! But you all can just call me master for short.

I've been working full time as a web programmer...its been quite an adjustment pulling a 8-5 with a 1 hr commute each way every day.Thats why I went MIA. But starting to get the swing of things and the cash to throw at the truck is nice too! Time to start saving up for that slantback h1 ive always dreamed about.
But then again...I miss school....I'll probably go back. Mechanical engineering looks like fun dont you think?
Totally off topic, but its my thread and it just came to me.The new(ish) member categories remind me of a good joke I cant resist telling.

Goastrider - How's the road noise with these tires? They look great BTW.
While this may not be a popular opinion, I must agree. That's about as wrong as GM putting a Japanese built transmission in the H3................ OK, maybe the transmission was a bad example.......[&:]

I'm glad you didn't put Toyo's or Cheng Shins on your HUMMER. There's something that just isn't right about that.

The roads have been wet most the time so its hard to tell if they are louder but today it dried up for a bit and i put all the windows down to hear and it really wasntthat much more than the stock ADV tires. The average passenger wouldn't notice a difference. So far I am really impressed. With the offset wheels I was able to get just a slight rub on the sway bar on lock-to-lock but it was the same with the other tires.
So so far I wouldn't say there has been any on-road change at all. It looks like there will be very minimal off-road also. I have tons of clearance. But I did lots of homework ahead of time to make sure. The only issue I had was that the holes around the lugs are very tight and the stock nuts and stock socket or impact wrenchwont work. I have to carry a breaker bar and thin-wall socket in the truck now in case of a flat.
That and trying to find 5 tires and wheels. still waiting on that 5th tire (3 weeks to go) and those are 2nd choice wheels because 1st choice couldn't get to me for 10 weeks!!!!
