Default NEW OWNER OF H1

Hello all! Was the proud owner of a 2005 H2....beautiful truck. Returned it to GMC and purchased a one owner 2002 H1. Love the vehicle, hate the tires. Never really a offroad person, have quads for that, but do extensive snow and rain driving to upstate property in NY. Currently running Wrangler MTR and the roadnoise is a little rough. Anyone running BF Goodrich KL and how is the roadnoise? Which on/off road tire do u recommend?

Welcome to the forum. For off-road on-road driving the MTR is about the best tire out there. If you don't plan on doing much off roading the GSA is a good on road tire and not so good off road. I have the MTR tire on my 2006 H1 Alpha. It is definitely a louder, rougher ride. The GSAs are on my 97 H1 wagon and they are really very quiet and smooth.

The BF Goodrich tires on the H2 were good tires. I got 50K out of them on a 2003 H2. I bought my GSA's about a year ago. Haven't heard of any issues getting them.

I checked the internet and there are places like Mountainview Tire that advertise the GSA. May have to order in H1 sizes.
