I just purchased a 2008 H2 SUT with the luxury package, I am having trouble receiving the XM signal, I have been trying to activate XM for the last 3 days. While at the dealer the XM radio worked fine, however, the dealer deactivated the service when I purchased the vehicle. I signed up for the XM service and have had not received their signal as of this day. I have talked to the XM technical dept. at least 4 times and they have not been able to correct the problem, they send the signal, however the radio does not receive it.
Any suggestions?
