I tried to search the forums for the driver seat bottom housing/plastic cover. mine is broken and when ever i sit down it pushes random seat setting buttons. Can you help me find a store online where i can buy this part?

i dont know if hummers show up in junkyards but over the years that was my first stop for many parts. i got to know owners and could go in and "strip" what i wanted for cheap.

 

Try Tustin Hummer in Tustin, CA. They have a large Internet parts operation. Good pricing and if it can be found they will get it.

There is a "fix" out there where a small hole is drilled in the plastic panel and the metal seat bracket then a screw with a large flat head is used to keep the plastic in place.

 

Thank yuou folks for welcoming me. About the whole in the platic... any pictures? i dont want it to look ugly you know.. and i know if it is fixed, it will break again its just a matter of time.

Ill check that dealer website for parts or call them.. i am in Vermont so i am a "bit" far away from the world out there.

Well thank you all... i was wondering as well if There is a website that members usually use to buy parts... I need an Upper and lower Front Right Control arm and the CV BOOT Kit ... I am having a real hard time finding parts for thie SUV... my Volkswagen Golf parts were scattered everywhere on the net !! hehee
