although he won't be posting anytime soon, there's a new H2 enthusiast in the world. my new rider showed up today at 12:36, weighing in at 6lb 3oz, 3 weeks earlier than predicted. thinking we had plenty of time to pick a name, right now his birth certificate says "X". i'm sure we'll come up with something before he starts riding the shortbus to school, but unlike his old man, he'll wear his helmet . . . .

both are doing well. i'm starting over, as i have one about to turn 20 and one just turned 16. my oldest has the mud bug, and has already destroyed his first 4runner, working on his second. he paid for this one, so maybe he'll be a bit more careful. thanks[sm=gears.gif]

sure, we had nine months, but we thought we'd have another 3 weeks. kinda like being stationed overseas. i was stationed in britain for 2 1/2 years and tried to see everything in london my last 2 weeks (too busy sampling local pub fare in the midlands). had to make several trips back to see what i missed. anyway, he got to come home in style today, riding in the bus, no helmet though.
