Hey guys, well, I finally bought the hummer last night. I am tired as hell, was out all night cruisin around. Awesome ride.. Smooth, and just enough power for me.. One problem, the dealer sent me to fill the tank up, and a damn rock hit my windshield??? LOL.. He said to bring it back next week, he will fix it... Oh well.. But I must say, Its fun and a great ride.. I will post some pictures this weekend, i hope.. Gonna find some add ons for it.. peace

 

Congrats on the new ride and Welcome to the forum. Sucks about the rock, but it happens. Is the dealer going to replace it or just do a patch with the filler crap?

 

I think the filler stuff. I really don,t mind, I have a 0 deductable on my insurance..

 

Good luck with that! I have still had a crack run after that was done, but its cheaper than a new windshield. I hope it is like in the corner and not in the middle.

I have to tell you this. I am new to the hummer. I noticed a phone icon on a button on my rear view mirror, i hit it, and some lady started talking?? I was like wtf?? lmao

He thinks of ONstar like the DeathStar from Star Wars. LOL

 

My kids push the on star button all the time. As soon as they get in thetruc, they are like little ninjas, woosh, right to the button. ugh. Funny as hell for them I guess. I love the fact that on star nows exactly where I am at all times. I had my wife call the 800 number to try and track me down. No not really, she wishes though.
