New H3 Owner
Thought I should say hello. Just picked it up on Friday. First Gm I've ever owned, but it seems to be a good one.
Will be heading to Colorado this weekend to see what it can do. Hopefully I can get some good pics.

Welcome. Yes, yes.................pics please [sm=Flahssssss.gif] What parts of CO are ya headin to? I have family out there and have gone wheeling inlots ofbeautiful country while visiting.
Just make sure you know what your doing, before you get the wrong impression of the H3. Other newbies posted how they had problems because they didn't know what they were doing. Have a great time and post some pics when you get back.
Welcome and post pics. I agree with Trey. Know your truck and its abilities and limitations. Generally lower your tire pressure to between 20 and 24 pounds on the H3. The Alpha is an awsome vehicle, I have one with almost 800 miles on it. Will be taking it off road next weekend at a Hummer Club event down in Va @ the Homestead Resort. Actually read the owners manual off road section. It may be elementary but you may learn something about your truck that you did not know. Most of all, HAVE FUN and send us some pics.
Thanks for the tips and concern guys. Don't plan on doing anything extreme since me and the girlfriend are going solo. Will take plenty of pics, but none of the greasy side.
Doc, looking at going to theSt. Elmo area.Thinking of going up to the Alpine tunnel if weather permits.
