Thumbs up New to the forum but not to the H2

Hi guys, I'm Cody and have a 2003 H2. We just rolled over 112k and boy has she been needy.

Trans rebuild, exhaust leaks, brake lines deteriorating, catalytic converters, and a few other things have all been done in the last 10,000 miles.

I have a few issues that i'm hoping to resolve after reading/searching here.

-Infamous CD(s) stuck in the Bose changer with flashing symbol in upper left corner
-New noise from front passenger wheel, a groaning whine that comes and goes but sounds god awful. *We just spent north of $700 that was supposed to solve all of our issues(Wheel/Hub bearing?), guess i'll be going back there tomorrow.* As you can tell, i'm not mechanically inclined.
-Recently discovered wet carpet under both driver and pass. floor mats.

I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully fixing my issues soon.

And one of course, one of my Chocolate Lab, Harley.

Too clarify, we replaced both front hub bearings/hub assembly and front brakes. I do have a video of the new noise but not sure how to attach it here?

Being active in several other forums, thats what I am familiar with but there is nothing there on this one. Maybe due to not being a "full access user" yet? Oh well.

Hello, Cody!
What happened with your transmission? Your mileage is not so high! It's not good to hear that you change so many different things in last period of time! Hopefully you will use your H2 without new breakdowns!

We started noticing rough/delayed shifts from 2nd to 3rd and then it would not come out of 2nd. This all happened during downtown rush hour in Charlotte, NC. A huge nightmare! It really came out of no where...

Needless to say, since it was fixed there are still hard shifts on occasion but no major problems since.

So what did you do with your transmission? Did you replace it with another one or did you rebuild it?
