Hello everyone! I found your forum last week and I can't stop reading the old threads. I bought my 06 H3 new in 05. She currently has 66k on her. Red with a black and red dealer installed custom interior. Over the years I've added fender flairs with splash guards and running boards. Wish I had known about the forum years ago, as I have run into many of the same issues as I read about here. I've replaced the radiator, heater core, had the hood vent blow off at highway speeds, blown speakers and even managed to hit a deer. With all that said, I still am in love with her. Normally I trade my vehicles in every 4 or 5 years, but since I can't buy a new Hummer, I will be keeping her for a while.

After reading the threads on the front end lifts I set out to solve the only thing I did not like about my H3, the rake. My base measurements were way off from what everyone else talked about. My rear was above 25 inches. The front was at 21 inches. It took 8 turns on the right side and 10 on the left to get the front end up to 23 1/2. It's a little bouncy now, so I'm hoping new shocks will help with that. I'm going to drive on it for a little while to see if I get used to it before I get the alignment done.

Anyway, thanks for rekindling my fire for her. Thinking 35's next or a new bumper to replace the deer tilted one.
