New 35" DuraTracs and a custom painted grille.

Unless your going to paint the door handles too, I would leave them chrome. Do love the look of the painted grill though. I did the 35's to mine too but leveled the frt end. Makes it look even better. Gets rid of the Stinkbug look .

truck looks awesome, would like to know how your fuel mileage changed since the tire swap....!
Also it appears you have a standard set up and not the off road with the original 285 tires and gearing. So a really big change.
I have not looked into the Goodyear dura tracs for load rating in that tire size ...?
Nice thing with Good year they are available any were we tend to travel.....
the tread pattern seems to make sense for most of us. 80 % on road 20 % off
nice to see a " real tire with some bite "
thanks for sharing the pics

I took it to a body shop and for some reason it was a pita to find a shop willing to paint it, because it was already chrome. The shop I took it to was of the same mind as me...it's chrome on plastic, which means it can't be much different than paint. They sanded the chrome off, painted it to match and put 4 coats of clear on. Cost me $150 otd.
