Default Needed: Black fuel door/plain tire cover

Hi guys, I did a search already and didn't come up with any definitive answers. I may want to buy a black fuel door and install it myself. Is there a good company online to buy from or at least look at options? Also, I wanted to get a plain black (no Hummer wording) for the spare tire - can you guys recommend a good place to buy? Thanks.

Here is the fuel door I put on mine . . . LINKY

As for the spare tire . . . meh. I like them uncovered. Mine used to collect all kinds of dirt inside.

Does this mean you finally made up your mind and bought the H3? Congrats! Check out this place for a cover. I haven't purchased anything from them but found this site when I was looking for a cover for my oversized tires.

Leased one- I saw that link to the black fuel door cover - $200? That seems pricey, especially since I want to save $ by doing it myself & it's a lease

I think the fuel doors are pretty much around the same price. How long is your lease for? You'll want toremove the fuel door and reuse it or sell it when you turn the truck in anyway. That goes for any other aftermarket parts you put on the truck also.

It depends on what kind of fuel door you install. I installed the GM fuel door and it is drilled into the flare! Can't be taken off without holes.

Yes I assumed that whatever fuel door I installed I would have to leave on due to the holes I would make. Some you can install without holes? How do they stay on?

Checker Auto has generic black tire covers for less than $15.

Thanks - does that fuel door have to lock - or can you keep it open and use it without the key if you want?
