I just bought a 07 H2 and there was no manual in the hummer, can someone help me with programming the garage door opener. I tried pushing the 1st and third button together and then pushing the smart button on the opener and then the 1st button on the hummer. Got nothing.

 

I finally figured it out, I had to use the hand held remote to sync to the hummer.
