I plan on getting a H3 next month. I can't decide between slate blue or black. Help!

If my choices were boulder blue or black? I'd go for black. That's actually the original color we thought we'd get. ... Until we saw a Victory Red one with chrome package. I'm also rather smitten with the Superior Blue.

I have to laugh...
As soon as I read your post, I had a certain reaction to what I wanted to say, and then I read the replies by others and I see Dennis has beat me to it!

We also bought Boulder Gray and and I have to say it was because we have owned vehicles that were either black or dark blue and they are a pain in the **** to wash!! You cannot keep from seeing every scratch and imperfection on them.

For me, I would definitely stick with lighter colored vehicles for these reasons.

Also, if you have anything close to a New England Winter wherever you are from, the salt/road sand in the winter does a number on a darker colored vehicle...

Only an opinion,
Good Luck to You!!
Enjoy!

I wanted Slate Blue but my wife wanted Boulder Grey. You don't need to guess what we bought! LOL

Black looks great with chrome wheels though. Check out the thread "posted my pictures" or something like that and see for your self!

All of the H3 colors are really good so it comes down to your mood and your energy for upkeep I guess. A few weeks ago, I came across a Metallic Green one in a parking lot near my home. Believe it or not, it was actually really sweet and I bet you will not see too many others driving down the road.

either color is fine. after you get it, you can always layer on the brown that the dealer doesn't offer. although, imho, yellow will always be the coolest color.

Green will help you loose it in the woods when you get out for a nature hike. Couldn't find mine for twenty minutes until I saw some sun light glinting off the windshield. I guess it helps to remember where you parked too.
