Ok my Onstar will not connect when trying to call or connect too Onstar in any way. the Light on the mirror stays Red now! it should be green when you can call out. Any Ideas?

 

You got to be have a subcription to Onstar in order for your phone to work. As for the red light your guess is as good as mine.

 

I don't need no stinking Onstar! IOW no help here.

 

I have to be able to connect to subscribe! I can't connect to Onstar evan if I hit the Emergence button!

 

Doc I'm beginning to agree with you, this thing has been a pain in the a-- sense I bought the H3!!!

 

Have you tried to call Onstar directly?

 

My advice, don't put yourself in a position to where your gonna need to push the red button.

 

I have called Onstar and they can't pick up a signal from my H3! They asked me to push the RED button and if was to connect have them transfer me to new accounts! it didn't work! Some one has to have some experience with Onstar problems who has worked at a dealer, I would think!

 

Likely there is a problem in your antenna or the antenna got disconnected somehow.

 

Sounds like your system took a dump or your antenna was removed by a carwash.. It's dealer service time.
