You forget that, before even thinking about that, Mike has to:

1/ re built his driveway in order for you to reach his house door,
2/ re built his fence
3/ re built his deck
3/ fill up his new pool ( and in view of the size THAT will take forever)

besides, since it appears that he his building a copy of lake Tahoe you will NEVER be able to swim long enough to find his wife!!!
