Last year in college I knew a girl who was a parachutist. She was telling us about those bird suits. I guess you have to have so many jumps under your belt before you are legal to try one because they are dangerous. It does look like fun though, but I'm not sure about strapping engines to my body. What happens if you encounter FOD and it comes apart on you?

The recommended minimum is 500 but I did my first Birdman jump around 330 or so .. depends on your own progression and if you can find an instructor to train you ... And yes, they are more dangerous than your average skydive .. lots of fun though!

No pockets to fall out of on those suits, at least not the ones I've jumped. Even if they were they would be zippered Jump in shorts on the other hand .... and all of a sudden you lose $60 bucks and your car keys LMAO!
