Well Jen, like you said, at least everybody is OK, and it was an accident. Was the other guy upset?

 

Jen, sorry to hear that hun, but accidents happen and the good thing is no one was hurt including "your baby."

 

No he wasn't upset at all. He acted like it was no big deal. For me it's just one of those things that you feel like an idiot that it even happened.

 

Glad to hear that you didn't have damage import. I would make a stand and mount that bumper piece in my garage though

 

I had my first ding on Monday. I was stopped in a left turn only lane waiting for the arrow when I felt a jolt. I couldn't see anything in the rear view, so I got out to look. Some woman had plowed her Acura into my bumper. Apparently she was trying to shift right out of the lane and drove into the passenger side back corner.

I have a wrinkled bumper, bent bumper cover/step, and the rear fender extension piece is scuffed too.

She lost both headlights, turn signals on both sides, and the front grill was displaced (dunno if it was broken).

I love trucks made out of metal.

Last wwek I had some old dude back into my H2. I felt bad for him. He cracked his bumper in at least 3 places. I couldn't even see where he had hit me.

 

Those tow hooks are a body/life saver in many cases, especially in parking lots. People always seem to underestimate where my truck is and whenI return they are against my tow hooks. [sm=smiley20.gif]
