Default Is my H1 off road ready?

I have I 1996 gas powered h1. I have wheels from http://www.predatorinc.com/208kwheel.aspx on my H1.

I would like to attend this upcomming event at http://thehummerclubinc.com/Events/E...tail.aspx?I=74 but I'm not sure if my Gas powered H1 with the custom wheels will be able to keep up with the other hummers.

This is my first time doing any off-roading so I'm a little nervous about my vehicle preparedness. Any input is appeciated.

Thanks

Josh pre-ran the trails last week. I would check with him but I think the trails are pretty mild. This is not a hard core offroading event. Your wheels should be fine. They look awfully shiny so if you are concerned about scratching them up I would definitely check with Josh. Don't remember your post but what tires are you running? Your Hummer will be fine. The trails on this run are not difficult. I have a feeling that most of the trucks there will be H1s. Just watch the line the truck in front of you takes. If you are nervous about anything ask for someone to spot you through. I would suggest you bring a hand held CB with an external antenna for trail communication. I will be in the green H1 with the D-Ring brushguard, roof rack and offroad lights. Look me up when you get there.
