My 2007 Hummer is a blood hound
"Throttle Body". That is a vacuum source for the EVAP, just follow the black hose connected to the front top to where it goes around and under the intake manifold to the control valve, from there down under the truck to the fuel tank. If it come loose, gets cracked, or chafes a pin hole, that is your problem.
They have been known to get dry and crack, possibly just be a tad loose where connected to the TB & or control valve.

#17 on the illustration posted above. Rear end up behind rear axle.. 1 bolt, 1 connector, & 3 lines connected to it (1 from the vent valve)
The evap canister is directly above and to the rear of the center of the rear axle. Mine had tons of mud and filth plugging the breather thingy. I do wash the underside after wheeling but never paid attention to the canister. Now I spray that off also.
