Anyone know what its called? I see a couple burnt pins on it and if I mess with it heater will kick on/off, it has blue latch that holds it together, trying to see what a job it is to replace as has many wires to it, its by the BCM

Did you try electric cleaner and dielectric grease?

 

thanks I'll try that looks like a pain in butt to replace in dead of winter, or anytime for that matter
