Default Monsoon 6 Disc Stereo

I replaced my Monsoon unit for a Navigation system. The AM/FM radio in the monsoon is far superior. The NAV con only handle one CD at a time.

Anyone interested in my Monsoon unit? $75 + $15 Shipping. You can PM if you like.

Thanks but we started selling aftermarket units and no longer deal too much with OEM sound systems. If it was for myself yes I would buy it just from your rep on here but I don't need it rite now. Thanks though.

That's OK Brodie, I'm sure someone else will see the value. The Monsoon is far better than the base OEM system.

How is it better than the base system? I have the base in my H3.

The base is just 6 speakers hooked up to the radio and the 2 tweeters are piggybacked off the door speakers.

The Monsoon has a 6 disk radio with 7 speakers on a 8 channel amp. The rear woofer is a dual coil which is fed by 2 channels and the front door speakers are actually true components with the tweeter removed from the cone. All the speakers play at 4ohm (2+2) giving them a clear sound over the 2ohm base system which just eats power and can't find that middle of the road sound, its all just mushed together.
